Prelaunch partner design

Define the evidence a future inquiry would need.

This prelaunch prototype documents which inherited and large collections a specialist could handle before any routing or partner pilot is activated.

The input

Specify a reviewable inquiry before routing exists.

The proposed record structure covers the questions a specialist would use to decide whether a collection belongs in its queue.

Seller context

  • Inheritance, estate, downsizing, or collector exit
  • Category and rough era
  • Collection scale and organization
  • Geography and timeline
  • Speed, simplicity, balance, or maximum proceeds

Evidence and permission

  • Overview photographs and any existing records
  • Provenance, grading, or certification signals
  • Known logistics constraints
  • Clear statement that triage is not an appraisal
  • Explicit permission before contact information is shared

The exchange

Proposed criteria and outcome states.

A future pilot would require category fit, minimum value, geography, evidence, response time, rejection reasons, and commercial terms. If Troy approves and activates routing later, each structured inquiry would carry a durable attribution ID.

01 / SPECIFY

Define acceptance

Tell us what belongs in your queue and what does not.

02 / REVIEW

Define the review decision

Specify the evidence a future pilot would use for consistent acceptance or rejection.

03 / REPORT

Define the outcome record

Specify accepted, rejected, consigned, sold, and paid states before live attribution begins.

Pilot terms are simple and explicit.

There is no active partner pilot, routing, setup fee, inquiry volume, or partner acceptance today. If routing begins later, a partner can decline any inquiry, routing must be based on fit, and compensation must be disclosed before an introduction.

Any future firearm-related inquiry would be eligible only after the business confirms applicable licensing and appropriately licensed handling. SellingCollectibles does not arrange private transfers or provide transport instructions.
